Under any circumstance we will not issue cash refunds for any order once your order is placed. 

If you have any allergies to copper you should NOT purchase our "90's Name Chain", & "90's Name Rings" there are other nickel-free alternatives to choose from. We are not responsible for any skin irritations/rashes that occur. This is the risk you take when wearing "plated" jewelry.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS: 

Our jewelry has a life span of 1-3 years with PROPER care. Please reframe from swimming/showering with each piece, do not spray perfumes/harsh chemicals on jewelry, no exercise or excessive sweating. We also suggest removing jewelry before bed. To ensure a long life for each timeless piece please take care of your pieces. We will have an insurance program in place soon to ensure that any damage can be fixed in the future.
